Quick and Easy Banana Bread Recipe!

I just love this recipe! It's a basic banana bread base so you can add in goodies like chocolate chips and nuts and that just adds to the deliciousness! Soft and fluffy on the inside, yummy crunch on the top! Perfect for breakfast or a snack! I hope you enjoy!

You'll need:
(Wet ingredients)
3-4 ripe mashed bananas
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c Olive oil
1 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp vanilla extract

(Dry ingredients)
2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp or tbsp cinnamon (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, place bananas in and mash with a fork or potato masher.
Add all wet ingredients to bananas and mix.
Sift dry ingredients together into the banana mixture and stir until no flour is visible.
Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter and flour it if you desire.
Pour the batter into your pan.
If you're using an aluminum loaf pan like I am, put the pan on a baking sheet for stability.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Just remember to check because not all ovens are the same!
After it is done (as in no batter comes out on a toothpick when you poke it and it's golden brown) let it cool for 15 minutes ( or else you'll major crumbage!) and serve!
Enjoy!  :)
